CREATIVI-TEAThe original tea for geniuses is a perspicacious combo of peppermint, spearmint, ginger, lemongrass and sage. Stimulating and rejuvenating, Creativi-tea has a lovely green hue, a minty aroma, and delightful freshness.
Peppermint - is purported to improve digestion and reduce heartburn, fight bad breath, clear congestion and cough related to colds and allergies.
Spearmint –is said to fight nausea and treat stomach ache.
Sage - is used to fight colds, sore throat, mouth sores and mouth ulcers.
Lemongrass - reduces excess fats, uric acid and cholesterol, detoxifies the liver, kidneys, pancreas and the bladder, Ginger- reduces dizziness, limits flatulence, eases the pain of muscle aches and rheumatoid arthritis.

METHOD OF PREPARATION Heat your teapot till warm to the touch by swirling a small amount of hot water in it. Add one heaped
teaspoon of Speciali-tea per person and one for the pot. Fill the tea pot slowly with water just off the boil. Make sure the leaves are covered. To achieve maximum penetration, rotate the pot clockwise five times. (In the northern hemisphere turn anti-clockwise). Wait five minutes. Before the first sip, hold the cup to your nose to catch the aroma of your Speciali-tea. Ahhh :)
